Our Location
CR&D is located in Downtown, Los Angeles, on the 19th Floor of the Millenium Biltmore Tower, located at 500 South Grand Avenue. Our offices are centrally located near the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, federal district courts, and all major administrative branches of the City of Los Angeles and County of Los Angeles, respectively.
Solicitation Policy
We are a civil defense firm, representing municipalities, governmental public agencies, private entities, and individuals throughout California. Our clients are often in positions of high public prominence, including city attorneys, chiefs of police, city officials, elected officials, heads of businesses, CEOs, and insurance claims adjusters across the United States.
