Thomas P. Fay

Thomas Fay joined CRD in 2022 as a law clerk before passing the California bar exam and being admitted to practice in 2023.  Prior to joining the firm, Thomas worked as a clerk for small law firms in Los Angeles, working on a variety of issues, both civil and criminal.

Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in music performance and theory, with minors in philosophy and statistics, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota in 2003.  He graduated from Loyola Law School in 2022 with a juris doctorate.  During law school, Thomas worked as a research assistant to Professor Simona Grossi, contributing to her prolific scholarly analysis of the history of decision-making of the Supreme Court and other central judicial bodies.

Thomas is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted in the United States District Court, Central and Northern Districts.
