Scott J. Carpenter represents public entities and public employees in complex governmental tort cases, in all aspects of civil litigation. Previously with Proskauer Rose, LLP, and Goodwin Procter, LLP, Mr. Carpenter brings a wealth of high-profile civil defense experience to the defense of public agencies across Southern California.
Mr. Carpenter graduated from Emory University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Further, he graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 2007.
